ADILES – Association for the Development of Initiatives in European Island Regions is a non-profit organisation committed to the social, professional and civic inclusion of the most vulnerable populations.
Created from a shared observation by many stakeholders in the outermost regions (ORs), ADILES responds to the need to strengthen the capacities of professionals and organisations that support young people, young people and adults not in employment, education or training (NEETs), migrants, people with disabilities, women and people facing situations of social exclusion.
Our action is part of a local, national, and European dynamic aiming to promote equal opportunities, access to rights, autonomy, civic participation, gender equality, and the promotion of a more inclusive society that respects diversity.
