Who are we?

ADILES – Association for the Development of Initiatives in European Island Regions is a non-profit organisation committed to the social, professional and civic inclusion of the most vulnerable groups.

Created from a shared observation by many stakeholders in the outermost regions (ORs), ADILES responds to the need to strengthen the capacities of professionals and organisations that support young people, young people and adults not in employment, education or training (NEETs), migrants, people with disabilities, women and people facing situations of social exclusion.

Our action is part of a local, national, and European dynamic aiming to promote equal opportunities, access to rights, autonomy, civic participation, gender equality, and the promotion of a more inclusive society that respects diversity.

Convinced that everyone possesses talents and potential to be valued, we develop innovative projects, training actions, strategic partnerships and European cooperations enabling individuals and organisations to act sustainably for a more just society.
inclusive and supportive.

Based in Guadeloupe, ADILES works in close collaboration with institutional, associational, and educational partners in Martinique, French Guiana, and Saint Martin. The organisation also participates in territorial discussions as a member of the regional steering committee dedicated to improving the integration and employment of migrants.
