ADILES (Association for the Development of Initiatives of European Insular Regions) is a non-profit organisation. It is a collaborative project born from the observation that professionals in Outermost Regions (ORs) face difficulties in developing and economically supporting capacity-building activities for their target audiences.
Its main mission is to take action in favour of the social and professional inclusion of vulnerable groups (young people, NEET adults, migrants, disabled individuals, etc.), to foster their autonomy and their engagement as full citizens and stakeholders in their community at regional and European levels.
At the local level, ADILES is a relevant contact for French outermost regions (RUP) and works in collaboration with organisations in Martinique and Saint Martin. Furthermore, it is a member of the regional steering committee for improving the integration and employment of migrants.
