ADILES (Association for the Development of Initiatives in European Island Regions) a non-profit organisation, is a collaborative project born from the observation of the difficulty for professionals in rural areas (RUP) to make a living from and develop capacity-building activities for target audiences.
Our main mission is to take action for the social and professional inclusion of vulnerable groups (young people, NEETs, migrants, disabled people, etc.), to promote their autonomy and their engagement as full citizens and actors in their community at a regional and European level.
At a local level, ADILES is a relevant point of contact in French outermost regions (RUP) and collaborates with organisations in Martinique and Saint-Martin. It is a member of the regional steering committee for improving the integration and employment of migrants.
