All useful

The «All Useful» project aims for a dual objective

Firstly, to develop the volunteer participation of people with disabilities (visible or invisible) in various areas of life (cultural, environmental, civic, political, etc.) with a view to promoting their social and professional inclusion in the labour market.

From a social perspective, it helps to improve citizen participation and the inclusion of people with disabilities and allows for positive communication within their family environment and community regarding their role as fully-fledged actors, thereby changing mindsets and ensuring greater social diversity.

On a professional level, volunteer work can legitimately be considered a stepping stone to employment, allowing people with disabilities to stabilise their situation, (re)build themselves, integrate socially and thus escape isolation.

Secondly, to strengthen the visibility and positive recognition of the skills of people with disabilities (PWDs) among professionals, public and private employers, as well as within civil society and the media. The aim is to raise awareness among socio-economic stakeholders (employers, training centres, local authorities, operators, etc.) about the opportunities and the potential for economic integration, skills acquisition and development of PWDs, so that employers are more receptive to the idea of hiring candidates with disabilities.

All Useful is co-financed by the Erasmus+ Education and Training programme.
