GREEN

The «GREEN: Gather Recycling Economic and Employment for Inclusion of NEET's Young» project provides youth organisations (career advisors, career guidance officers, youth workers, trainers) with awareness-raising and training tools to encourage the voluntary engagement and entrepreneurship of NEET youth in the Circular Economy (CE). GREEN is co-financed by the Erasmus+ Youth and Sport programme. It equips professionals with awareness-raising and training tools to strengthen the employability and skills of NEET youth according to the specific needs of the labour market in the circular economy sector. GREEN is led by a consortium of four European organisations: ADILES (Guadeloupe), CKB (Guadeloupe), Solidarity Tracks (Greece), and H20 (Portugal).

Objectives

The main objectives are:

  • To strengthen the capacities of youth workers to encourage the engagement and entrepreneurship of NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) youth in promising sectors of the Circular Economy.
  • To offer efficient non-formal learning experiences to increase the employability and support the social entrepreneurship of NEET young people in the circular economy (CE) sector.
  • Creating a conducive educational environment for young NEETs, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, social innovation, and civic engagement, in order to promote the exchange of good practices in job creation, income-generating activities, and circular economy entrepreneurship.
