The project Resilience a vocation à travailler sur des approches innovantes de traitement de la question de la violence intrafamiliale.
This project managed by the association @ADILES is conducted in partnership with the SCJE (Judicial Control and Investigation Service) and APAV, Portuguese association for the defence of victims of violence against women.
Its aim is to ensure the upskilling of professionals responsible for the care of violent individuals and victims of violence, notably by connecting stakeholders and sharing best practices, with the goal of improving the treatment of these issues that plague our societies.
Objectives
- strengthening the capacities of professionals and volunteers supporting victims and perpetrators of violence by equipping them with innovative tools
- Create a set of interactive educational tools for the benefit of workers,
- To connect stakeholders and share best practices with a view to improving the treatment of domestic violence.
- To develop an environment conducive to the implementation of public policies for the prevention of violence against women
Activities
Several types of actions will be undertaken:
- A study visit from the Guadeloupean delegation to Portugal
- a research survey in order to establish a state of play of practices in each of the partner countries regarding victim support.
- a transnational training seminar This will be an opportunity for our Portuguese partner, APAV, the SCJE of Guadeloupe, and local associations to share their methods for supporting victims of domestic violence.
